Your first visit is not only about our team getting to know you, but also about you getting to know our team. In the time we spend together, we encourage you to ask questions, express your concerns, and share with us anything you want us to know to help make your care as individual as you are.

At your first visit, we take time to understand your medical and dental history and perform a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and mouth. Our goal is to prevent or detect dental issues early for easier, more effective treatment.
We review your medical conditions, medications, and supplements, as these can affect your treatment plan. Please provide a list of your medications and dosages.
All new patients must complete this form with personal details, insurance, medical, and dental history before your appointment. Your information is kept strictly confidential.

A full dental check-up
We perform a comprehensive oral exam of your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw, making sure there are no signs of disease or other dental problems. Our goal is to prevent dental disease, or at least catch it early enough, when it’s easy to control and treat efficiently.
As part of the ‘getting to know you’ process, we take digital x-rays of your teeth to detect dental caries, tumors, and cysts, as well as for periodontal considerations such as bone loss. Plus, x-rays allow us to see the position of your teeth and subsequent roots.
Once your entire exam is complete, your dentist will talk to you about her findings. Together you can create a healthy, effective treatment plan that best meets your dental and personal requirements. We can prioritize and stagger your treatments to give you a smile you deserve in a time-frame you can afford.
Finally, we want you to know we will go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and safe. Not only is your physical comfort important to us, but your emotional comfort is as well. So, come in, recline and unwind – you’re in great hands.
